Nob Hill for All About Scrapbooks

Hi everyone

Sharing this weeks layouts for All About Scrapbooks. First up is my layout Seriously of Miss Lily at rollerskating last school holidays. This is her pose for the camera, after she had a stack, rather than just hopping back up again. It is pretty funny that she will pose on without being prompted!

I've had some fun playing with the new memory box stencils in store and some texture paste, then once that was dry I have sprayed with glimmer mist and let the drips run down the page.

And my second share today is this layout about our puppy, Harry.  This layout is in my cleaner style, utilising the patterned papers in the range as well as the mixed bag of embellishments, sticker sheet and flair badges.

Isn't he so cute, enjoying being out in the front yard instead of the boring old back yard!!

Thanks for stopping by, please pop on over to the All About Scrapbooks blog to have a look at some close-ups and the full product list.

So You

Hi everyone

Bit late sharing this one from last week for All About Scrapbooks, using Kaisercrafts Dream Big collection once again.

This layout is about Lily stopping to pick up flowers and put them in her hair, while we were heading back to catch a bus after a day trip - something that is so her.  She is always picking flowers. I love how you can see her gappy smile in this photo and how pleased with herself she looks.

So You

You can see more of this layout and close-ups over on the All About Scrapbooks blog or check out the fab range of products at All About Scrapbooks online store.

I'll be back in a couple of days with this weeks layouts!!

Be Happy - for All About Scrapbooks

Hello everyone

Just realised I forgot to share this layout I created earlier in the month for All About Scrapbooks using the new My Minds Eye Market Street - Nob Hill collection.

I decided to get a bit messy with the background - a combination of texture paste, dylusions, stamping, masking and ink splatters!

My layout is titled Be Happy, just a little note to remind my boy as he can sometimes be a bit too serious!

I really love the bright fun colours in this range, and have just finished creating a couple more layouts to show next week.

Head on over to the All About Scrapbooks blog to see more of this layout and further details.

Boy Wonder for Scrap the Boys

Hi Everyone

After a week of illness I managed to do some scrapping yesterday at my monthly crop day. First on my list was the awesome June challenge over at Scrap the Boys - to scrap a photo  5 x 7 or larger. Love large photo layouts, and I knew exactly which photo of Zane I wanted to scrap. I adore this photo of him.

Here is my layout - Boy Wonder

There is just somehting about his somewhat serious expression that I love. My photo is roughly a 6x8 ( I print at home so it is half an A4 sheet).

A couple of close-ups of my embellishments. Love these Thicker words, so cool. A mix of wood veneer, a tag from the crate paper,  A Flair for Buttons flair and some splattered black dylusions.

On the other side some fun embellishments from Jillibean soup with a wood veneer star and the "awesome" velum word from Crate Paper.
